Patient Name: Urwah Faizal Fodkar
Urwah is 1yr11month old a very pretty girl child suffering from blood cancer, at wadia hospital Mumbai. Resident at Wadala
Family History: Due to lock down both parents have lost their job, Average family, have already borrowed money from family and friends, still daily working hard to save one of the daughters.
According to Urwah family doctors have mentioned that her daughter is in very difficult condition,
And if the treatment doesn’t go well Urwah can be in great danger, She requires chemo for at lease 2 and half year
Shaziya ( mother of the child ) requesting to all donors please come forward and support her and save her life
